1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the TC888 platform, located at https://tc888.cam (hereinafter "TC888", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing, registering on or using any feature of TC888, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you unconditionally agree to be bound by them.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "you", "your") and TC888. These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling guidelines, both of which are incorporated by reference.

2 Definitions

In these Terms, the following expressions carry the meanings set out below unless context expressly requires otherwise:

4 Account Eligibility

5 Account Registration

To access certain features of the Platform, Users may be required to complete a registration process. By registering, you agree to:

6 Acceptable Use

By accessing the Platform you agree that you will not:

• Use the Platform for any purpose that is unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive or harmful.
• Attempt to circumvent, manipulate or exploit any feature, algorithm, odds engine or game outcome on the Platform or associated Operator services.
• Use automated tools, bots, scrapers, scripts or other non-human access methods to interact with the Platform without prior written authorisation.
• Transmit viruses, malware or any other malicious code that could interfere with the operation of the Platform.
• Engage in any form of collusion, arbitrage betting designed to exploit system error, or coordinated wagering activity in breach of the Operator's terms.
• Access or attempt to access areas of the Platform for which you do not have authorisation.
• Reproduce, distribute, modify or create derivative works of Platform content without express written permission from TC888.
• Use the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or financing of any prohibited activity.

Any breach of these acceptable use provisions may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent termination and potential reporting to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

7 Payments & Transactions

Financial transactions on the Platform — including deposits, withdrawals and bonus-related movements — are governed by the Operator's cashier terms, which may differ from the general information published on TC888.

7.1 Deposits

Deposits must be made from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party funding is prohibited. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts, processing times and applicable fees are determined by the Operator and the selected payment provider. 7.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are subject to completion of KYC verification. The Operator may apply processing windows ranging from instant to several business days depending on the payment method selected. 7.4 Currency

10 Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. This licence does not include the right to:

• Reproduce, republish, distribute, display or sell any content from the Platform without prior written authorisation.
• Use any TC888 trademark, logo or brand identifier without explicit written consent.
• Scrape, frame or systematically extract content from the Platform for any purpose.

Any unauthorised use of Platform content may result in immediate termination of your access and may give rise to legal claims under applicable intellectual property or competition law.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, TC888, its officers, employees, agents, affiliates and licensors shall not be liable to you for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or exemplary damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Any loss of profit, revenue, data, goodwill or other intangible loss.
• Any losses arising from gambling or betting decisions made based on information provided on this Platform, including but not limited to odds information, betting tips or bonus descriptions.
• Any interruption, suspension or discontinuation of the Platform, including downtime during live sporting events such as PSL fixtures or ICC tournaments.

TC888 provides the Platform and its Content on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.

12 Privacy & Data Protection

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. The Privacy Policy explains how TC888 collects, processes, stores and protects your personal data in connection with your use of the Platform.

By using the Platform you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You have the right to access, correct, restrict or request deletion of your personal data, subject to applicable law and any overriding retention obligations (such as those arising from KYC or AML compliance requirements).

TC888 does not sell your personal data to third-party advertisers. Data shared with the Operator is subject to the Operator's own privacy policy in addition to this Platform's Privacy Policy.

13 Suspension & Termination

TC888 and the Operator reserve the right to suspend or terminate your Account and access to the Platform, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of these Terms or any other applicable policy published on the Platform.
• Provision of false or misleading registration information.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a required timeframe.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent, abusive or criminal activity in connection with the Account.
• Violation of applicable law in your jurisdiction.
• Activation of self-exclusion, whether by the User or in response to a legal or regulatory requirement.
• Discovery that the Account holder is under the applicable minimum age.

Upon termination, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately. Any balance in your Account may be subject to further review in connection with AML, fraud investigation or KYC compliance obligations before being released.

You may close your Account voluntarily at any time by contacting support. Voluntary closure does not affect any rights or obligations that accrued prior to closure.

14 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which TC888 or its Operator is incorporated or licensed, as applicable. This document does not constitute a representation that any particular legal system applies to the exclusion of all others.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit any rights you may have under mandatory consumer protection or data protection laws applicable in your jurisdiction. Users located in Pakistan should be aware that Pakistani courts may apply Pakistani law to disputes arising from their use of this Platform, and that such laws include restrictions on gambling activity under the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977.

Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved by agreement between the parties shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the procedures determined by the governing jurisdiction, unless applicable mandatory law requires otherwise.

15 Amendments to These Terms

TC888 reserves the right to modify, update or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice to individual Users. The date of the most recent review will be updated in the sidebar of this page.

Continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not agree to any revision, you must stop using the Platform immediately.

Material changes to these Terms — including changes that affect User rights, eligibility requirements or liability provisions — will be highlighted on the Platform for a reasonable period following publication. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
